• the first scene would be Sam busting into Lisa’s house with a brand spanking new haircut and a box full of bottle rockets like WASSUP and Dean would knock over his chair like OMG SAMMY and Sam would be like LET’S BOUNCE HOMIE and Lisa would be all DEEN I THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO PLAY HOUSE FOREVER BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE A HIGHER CALLING IN LIFE THAN TO DISAPPEAR INTO SOMEBODY ELSE’S FAMILY and Dean would be like SORRY I CAN’T HEAR YOU OVER THE SOUND OF HOW AWESOME THIS SEASON IS GOING TO BE LOL BYE BITCH and then they would roll out in the Impala blasting Back in Black 
• instead of rebuilding their relationship over the course of the whole season, they would just hug it out and tell each other that they love each other and agree to just start over instead of angsting for months and months and months and the show goes back to Scooby Doo Supernatural circa S1
• Cas comes back from heaven all DEAN I WAS WRONG, THE PAST FEW MONTHS HAVE SHOWN ME THAT MY PLACE IS NO LONGER IN HEAVEN BUT HERE ON EARTH WITH YOU MY SQUISHY and at first Dean is all  but then Cas is like  and then Dean is all  and then Cas is all  and Dean’s like  and then  and meanwhile everybody on my tumblr dash is like 
• so Dean & Cas are officially an item and the Winchesters take Cas on the road with them to go hunt ghosts and vampires and wendigos and shit and there are lots and lots of pies and singalongs and absolutely no angst whatsoever 
• Hurley & Ben Linus roll up like OH HAY WE ARE THE PROTECTORS OF THE ~LIGHT~ AND WE ARE HERE BECAUSE WE SENSE THAT YOUR LIVES ARE FULL OF ANGST AND WE LIKE TO RECTIFY SHIT LIKE THAT and then Hurley uses his mystical island powers to bring John, Mary, Jess, Adam, Jo, Ellen, Gabriel, Bobby’s wife, Ash, Pamela, etc etc etc back to life and leaves them all with a lifetime supply of hot pockets before returning to the island
• AND THEY ALL LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER IN THE SAME CUTE LITTLE NEIGHBORHOOD IN LAWRENCE AND NOBODY WAS EVER SAD EVER AGAIN
